1. I've never been on an airplane.
2. I cannot stand any seafood... or the smell.
3. Ever since I had Jackson I seem to be allergic to cats.
4. I am happiest when my house is clean.
5. In fact, I vacuum at least twice a week.
6. I work at the Picture People. (easiest job ever)
7. I went to the same school my whole life... until my senior year.
8. That school is where I met Jes though, so I guess I'm glad we moved now.
9. I'm addicted to shopping... not necessarily spending money, just shopping.
10. I'm not a big T.V. fan... I just have a few shows I "HAVE" to watch.
11. When I go to sleep it has to be completely silent and dark.
12. I do a load of laundry a day.
13. I love to cook... anything... dinners, desserts... all of it!
14. I love to eat everything I cook too.
15. I don't have every regular colors of cross stitch DMC floss. (haha I accidentally left this one in here from my sisters)
16. I drink A LOT of diet pepsi.
17. I notice a lot of details... for example, if you're wearing a brown belt... you need brown shoes. Jes breaks this "rule" a lot. :)
18. I text message all day... with a couple different people.
19. I passed out at my wedding...
20. I've cut and messed my hair up multiple times, yet I still do it... and did just a few weeks ago.
21. I love to be outside when it's warm!
22. I still get excited for Christmas like when I was a kid.

Change

Growing up I probably changed my bedroom around about once a week, just ask my siblings or parents... it's true. When I got the house to myself I'd change around the other rooms too. It probably drove my family crazy, but I guess that's what I am. I love change!!! Every house/apartment Jes and I have ever lived in has been changed frequently... this is the only place I've let stay the same for more than a month. We've lived in this little duplex since June of 2008 and that's a long time to not change the front room around... so, today I put Jackson down for a nap at 2 and started my fun!!!


This is the entertainment centers new location... let me just have you picture this with me... this is HEAVY!!! In this huge piece of furniture is tons of games, movies, books and also all of our yearbooks. Not to mention the t.v and d.v.d player... It was the hardest to move.

FREE!!!!

On Saturday I got to work and saw a little radio flyer car by the garbage... I was like, what are we doing with that? My managers response was, throwing it away... so I said, can I take it home? I'm glad I did, cause Jackson LOVES it!!! You'll see!!! Anyways, things have finally slowed down and I've gotten some pictures of him in it. He pushes it all over the house running everything over and having a great time doing so.



On a side note... the reason we've been going for jogs and stuff all the time lately is because Jes has an interview for a Firefighter internship on Sunday!!!! YAY!!!

It's so nice outside!!!

What beautiful weather we've had this past week!!! We've been enjoying it to the max!!! Last week Jes and his buddy Mike from work took a bike ride from the Oregon Zoo to Lloyd Center Mall where they work. This is a 3 mile drive by car and they went a different way so they think they went about 5 miles!!! This is what Jes looked like when he walked in the front door...





We've gone on quite a few walks as well. Jackson really likes his tricycle, so we pushed him to the park down a couple of blocks in that and he loved it.




Since October while my mom was here our Malibu has been dinging and saying "Power Steering". I finally took it in today and look what I got to bring home!!!



While they're replacing the steering column, this is what I get to drive. Mind you, they tried renting me an HHR... I asked if they had a Malibu and they did! Thank goodness!!! :) Jes would rather a different color... but I love it!!!

NEW JOB!!!!

Jes had an interview at an Auto Parts place in Portland this afternoon and got the job!!! We're so happy!!! They're only open Monday-Saturday... so he'll work there Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturdays, then just work at Sears on Sundays and some evenings. He will also continue going to school on Tuesday and Friday's. He's a busy guy!!! (and so appreciated) He also has an interview at a Fire Department here in Vancouver to do his intern for Firefighting. He's been going jogging and bike riding to prepare for the physical. My hours are going back up a little bit too, so things are looking up again. :) Jackson's doing well... been working on getting his I-Teeth, so it's been quite the weekend, but we're hoping they come through and then we go back to normal. He hasn't been wanting to go to sleep very easy this weekend. Well, Bachelor is almost on!! Gotta go!! Love you all!!

Today is my Mom's birthday!!! She is such a great mom and grandma!! :)

Just like his Aunt Kori, Jackson is reflecting!!

Jackson had never been one to keep a hat on and lately he has been!!! This morning I got the plastic fire helmet down for him to play with and caught him checking himself out! I thought it was the cutest thing ever and had to share!!! ENJOY!!!
Yes, those are undies, because this little man enjoys taking his diaper off on his own.

Jackson telling a big story!!!

For a few days now, Jackson has been coming up to Jes or I and just telling us this long story. It's a lot of jibberish, but he thinks he is so smart! It changes every time, but it's so cute!!! Tonight I caught him in the act. Jes is sitting on the floor reading his Jeep magazine and Jackson was telling him all about it. He's getting so smart!! I'm glad he's finally feeling better!!
