37 Weeks

This is me this morning ready for my walk =)

How far along?

37 weeks

Weight Gain/Loss:

22 pounds last time I was at the Doctor...

I have another appt on Thursday.. if I make it.

Maternity Clothes:

Yup, still wearing maternity clothes..

not much else fits at the moment! haha

Sleep:

Eh... I get enough usually... at this point, I'm just

always tired regardless!!!

Stretch Marks:

mmmhmmm... got em!

Best moment of the week:

Hmm, I'd have to say Jackson and I's weekly picnic

after storytime with his friend Logan, his mom

& baby brother after storytime.

Movement:

I think he's looking for the exit!!!

Food Cravings:

Strawberries, peanut butter & jelly sandwiches,

french fries...

Gender:

BOY!!!

Labor Signs:

I've been going for a mile walk every morning

for the past 5 days at a local park... it's a pretty

hilly trail and even better, it's right behind the hospital!!!

Belly Button In or Out?

More in than out at this point... like I said, he seems

to be looking for an exit, haha..

What I miss:

Energy... sleeping comfortably...

What I'm looking forward to:

The arrival of this little man... my back hurts!!!

36 Weeks!!!

36 weeks

Weight gain/loss:

I've now gained a total of...

22 pounds!!!

Maternity Clothes:

Yup, I've got em.. some don't even cover my belly!!

That shirt I'm wearing in the picture above isn't

maternity... funny how that works..

Sleep:

I'm back to sleeping wonderfully... for the moment...

Stretch Marks:

Duh.. look at that big ol' belly!!!

Best moment of the week:

Pedicures with Jes' EMT partner Miki!! Love her!!

Even better... afterwards, we came home to Jes watching

her two kids and Jackson and he had dinner ready, then Miki

shampooed our carpets!!! ahhhh such a relief for my nesting!!!

Movement:

He's trying to escape at the moment... haha

Food Cravings:

hmm.. those darn McDonald's french fries!!!

What happens if that craving doesn't go away??

Gender:

BOY!!!

Labor Signs:

At my doctor's appointment this week he said, "I'll

see you in two weeks... if you make it" with a big ol' smile

on his face. Jacob is very low... even I'm wondering how my water

hasn't burst yet!!! I've had some contractions, but nothing consistant yet..

Belly Button in or out?

He's so low that it will stick out sometimes, but

mainly is just level with my expanding belly..

What I miss:

Being able to walk without it hurting!!!

This pressure is pressure I NEVER felt

with my pregnancy with Jackson... I'm almost

done though!!! Hooray for that!!!

What I'm looking forward to:

We don't have a whole lot planned this week,

so I'm just going to say going into labor

and having this sweet baby!!! I predict he will

be here for sure by the end of the month, but what

do I know?! :)

My Best Friend ♥

6 years ago today I was at Jes' parents house celebrating his birthday along with his Grandma Sharon's and Aunt Wendy's. Jes' Grandpa Jack was a musician and passed away 15 years ago, and Grandma Sharon played a recording of him singing Happy Birthday to the 3 of them. There wasn't a dry eye in the room... then Jes got up and went upstairs, which I thought was to just be alone after hearing his Grandpa's voice, but then he came back downstairs got on one knee in front of his entire family and asked me to marry him!!! I'm so glad I said yes!!! I couldn't be any happier with him and where we're at in our lives right now. He is an amazing husband and father and a very hard worker!!! I don't know where I would be without him, but I thank my lucky stars we ended up together!!!

As I sit here at 4am huge pregnant with our 2nd child in Yuma, Arizona I just look back at all we've accomplished and it makes me that much more proud to be his wife. It's all his goals that have gotten us where we are today!!!

35 weeks...

How far along?

35 weeks

Weight gain/loss:

I've gained 21 lbs... that was as of

3 weeks ago though... I have another

appointment on Tuesday so I'm sure

I've gained more...

Maternity Clothes:

Nothing new... lately I've just been wearing

Jes' shirts... they're comfy and cover my belly!

Sleep:

Well... it seems as though I jinxed myself..

I'm now having quite the time getting good

sleep. I'm very uncomfortable and somewhat

nervous sleeping on our brand new bed

in fear of my water breaking!!!

Stretch marks:

They haven't gone anywhere!

Best moment of the week:

Seeing how happy Jes and Jackson were

to attend the Subway Fresh Fit race in Phoenix..

Movement:

Lots... it seems like he's slowing down

a little though as he gets into birthing position..

Food cravings:

Every morning I wake up craving plain cheerios

with cut up bananas in it... YUMMM!!!

Through-out the day I feel the need for ho ho's

and nutty bars...

Gender:

BOY!!!

Labor Signs:

None really... just feeling miserable having

him be so low... walking is nearly impossible at

this point and with a 3 1/2 year old to chase around,

that's difficult!!!

Still out...

What I miss:

A good nights sleep and being able to walk more than 5 feet

without hurting!!! haha

What I'm looking forward to:

My doctor's appointment on Tuesday and Jackson

getting better... (He woke up this morning with a gunky,

swollen shut eye... I took him in and it's pink eye and an ear

infection... An eyedrop in each eye every 2 hours isn't easy

by myself.. he hates them!!! Speaking of which... it's been 2 hours

again... ahhhhhhhhh)

Weight Gain/Loss:

I just go off of what the scale at

the Dr's office says.. haven't had

another appt yet..

Maternity Clothes:

Nothing new...

Sleep:

I've actually been sleeping

really good!!! Hopefully this doesn't

jinx it!!!

Stretch Marks:

Yup... haha

Best Moment of the week:

Playdates at the park.. we went to

a couple this week.

Movement:

He's a busy little boy!!!

Food Cravings:

Tacos still

Labor Signs:

Well.. today at Lowe's Build and Grow

with Jackson I was sitting in one of their

aisles helping him build his racecar and tried

stand back up wearing flip flops and slipped

instead... I landed halfway on a 5 gallon

bucket of paint then to the ground... Got some

nice Braxton Hicks going on at the moment...

Still out, but not sticking out as much since

he's dropped...

What I miss:

My brain... haha I feel like I'm forgetting EVERYTHING!!

What I'm looking forward to:

The Nascar race in Phoenix tomorrow and

spending quality time with Jes & Jackson..

33 Weeks!!!

How far along?

33 weeks

Weight Gain/Loss:

21 lbs now.. pretty good I think...

Maternity Clothes:

Nothing new.. just trying to make the most

of what I've got already.

Sleep:

Well, last night I watched a 5 month

old over night, so I didn't get the greatest sleep,

plus I've been having pregnancy

insomnia!!! I guess my body is getting me

ready for lack of sleep??

Stretch Marks:

They aren't as bad as I remember

with Jackson..

Best Moment of the week:

Our lunch date at Olive Garden with

one of Jackson's buddies and his parents.

Movement:

I think he's running out of room... he still

moves a lot, but it's less than what it was when he

seemed to be doing flips..

Food Cravings:

Tacos, Pizza... goodies!!!

Gender:

BOY!!!

Labor Signs:

He dropped quite a bit in the past couple weeks

and has made it extremely uncomfortable to walk.

I went to the Dr on Tuesday and he predicted he

will be here in 4 weeks... I guess we'll see what

plans Jacob's got.. Middle of March sounds good to

me though!!!

Since he's dropped quite a bit, it doesn't stick out

as much, but it's still out there..

What I miss?

Energy for sure...

What I'm looking forward to:

Nascar race at the Phoenix International Raceway next Sunday..

32 Weeks

How far along?

32 weeks!!! Only 8 to go!!!

Weight Gain/Loss:

I have an appointment on Tuesday... I will

post the magic number on next Saturday's post.

Maternity Clothes:

The shirt I'm wearing in the picture above

was purchased at Kmart in Walla Walla...

I can wear it after the baby comes though too..

It's not maternity technically..

My sister NaDell sent me home with some new

tops and pants too!!! Thanks!!!

Sleep:

Yes please!!! I slept wonderfully in my own bed for the

first time in 8 days last night!!!

Stretch Marks:

Yes.. haha

Best Moment this week:

Being in Washington with my family

Movement:

He doesn't quit moving.. I'm

questioning when he sleeps

Food Cravings:

I want Cookie Tree in Walla Walla.. that was delicious!!!

Just the braxton hicks.. I will keep

him in there for a few more weeks..
